About
He resides in the beautiful western suburbs of Chicago, and is not married to any wife; nor does he have any children. However, he does have a yellow lab named Yukon. His interests include basketball, theology, politics, humor, website development, current events, effective use of technology, running, biking, and long walks on the beach–if he is ever near a beach. He has a long history of involvement with and love for Wheaton Academy, where he graduated from in 2008, and currently attends and plays basketball at Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana. He is more than happy to receive comments via email and on this website, but please be forewarned, due to the large volume of emails and comments received daily, it simply is impossible for Benjamin to respond to every one individually. (Sarcasm, for those of you that missed it and are thinking that he is one sickly self-absorbed individual). This website no longer has much content on it, as a decision was made to withdraw the majority of it. However, check the interesting things page for links to some existing content. Check the blog for more regular updates. |

You make known to me the path of life; Psalm 16:11 ESV What shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Romans 8:31-32 ESV |

“This is an unspeakably wonderful truth. The foundation of our justification–our acquittal, our forgiveness–is not a flimsy sentimentality in God, nor is it a shallow claim of human worth. It is the massive rock of God’s unswerving commitment to uphold the worth of his own glory, to promote the praise of his holy name and to vindicate his righteousness. The God-centeredness of God is the foundation of his grace to the ungodly. If God were not committed first to vindicate the worth of his own glory, there would be no gospel and no hope, for there would be no glorious God.” "The enjoyment of God is the only happiness with which our souls can be satisfied. To go to heaven, fully to enjoy God, is infinitely better than the most pleasant accomodations here. Father and mothers, husbands, wives, or children, or the company of earthly friends, are but shadows; but God is the substance. These are but scattered beams, God is the sun. These are but streams. But God is the ocean. |
