For those of you who are interested, or have some sort of interest in a nice-looking website or are acquainted with the frustrations of not being able to get a web page to look the way you want it - then visiting Challies.com will inspire you (or overwhelm you) to someday become as web designing able as this guy - Tim Challies. He is a huge blogger on his personal site, but his main job is designing websites. His portfolio is quite impressive.
